Why Trident
Trident Partners was formed in 2026 by three principals across St. Kitts & Nevis and Saint Lucia, each bringing a distinct discipline and an established operating record.
One platform allows counterparties to engage legal and commercial structuring, construction delivery, and capital, brand and technology through a single coordinated relationship rather than three separate firms.
Each opportunity is assessed on its own merits and, when pursued, placed in a dedicated special purpose vehicle with clear responsibilities, economics and governance.
